Duties and responsibilities
Driving the customer journey by responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a friendly, approachable tone
Assist customers with general customer service queries related to the trading platform; account; account opening; depositing and withdrawing money; our products and services; transferring to ITI and what differentiates ITI
Investigating and resolving queries, seeing through to completion.
Liaising with relevant teams on the resolution of queries.
Build relationships and trust with customers
Log all customer interactions, gathering feedback in order to improve services
Maintain product and industry knowledge in order to support customer queries
Liaising with the Account Management Team and other key members of staff on improving business processes and client liaison.
Coordinating with the rest of the business to provide positive customers outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in the financial services industry, especially at a brokerage is a distinct advantage.
Excellent customer relationship skills essential.
Proven good computer skills essential, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Motivated individual with good time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a very busy environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to empathize with our target market and demonstratable understanding of their mindsets and needs
You should have a professional and approachable telephone manner, be proactive and hardworking with excellent organizational skills

A message from ITI Capital on operations during COVID-19
As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, we want to assure you that during these volatile market conditions your assets and cash held with ITI Capital continue to be protected under CASS rules. As a firm, ITI remains well capitalised. In addition, we are doing what we can to continue providing you with the service you require from us.
In the build up to the recent events, ITI began implementing a multi staged BCP plan for all our critical functions globally. Based on guidelines from regulators and global health authorities, we have taken a number of steps to ensure business continuity and help halt the spread of COVID-19.
As ITI is a digital business, we have taken advantage of our investments in technology so that employees can work remotely in a safe and effective way. We have been coordinating efforts with our partners and suppliers so that the running of our platforms will not be impacted.
As part of our third-party impact assessment at this time, we have been advised by our bankers that any funds received in the form of cheque, is likely to be delayed and/or may not be settled. Therefore, for us to continue you to provide you with the highest level of support within our daily operations, we strongly suggest we use electronic fund transfers to send in any money you wish to be applied to your account.
We have also instated strict travel policies and instructed all employees in how to conduct both external and internal meetings through digital tools.
As this is an unprecedented time for all of us, and the situation continues to evolve each day, we will continue to follow the situation closely, and update our approach and measures as required.
Message for Clients of SVS Securities
As you are aware, the administrators of SVS Securities have chosen ITI Capital Limited (“ITI”) to act as the single regulated broker to facilitate the return of your client assets and client money in an orderly and coordinated manner.
As part of this process, the vast majority of the SVS clients became clients of ITI as of 11th of June, 2020. Your Client Statement made available to you by the Joint Special Administrators on 18 May 2020 identified which of your clients assets and/or client money are currently being transferred to ITI.
We will contact all transferring SVS clients individually with specific instructions on how to complete the registration process for their new accounts with ITI between 22-23 July 2020.
