Pierre Iseux/Managing Director
Pierre Iseux benefits from over 25 years of investment banking experience. He formerly held positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Bank of America, Commerzbank and Brandon Hill Capital. Pierre has extensive experience in running equity and debt transactions and has developed strong relationships with a number of investment groups, SWF, credit funds and wealth managers in Europe and Middle-East. Pierre holds a Masters in Finance degree from ISEFI, Group Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Marseille.
Olek has over 15 years of experience in private equity, financial services, including investment banking, post-merger integration, and strategic planning for financial institutions. Prior to this role, Olek worked in senior positions at Renaissance Capital and Allianz/ROSNO as well as founding Leadway Capital. He has led many M&A transactions in various sectors including: insurance and banqueassurance, banking, and medical. Olek is a CFA charterholder.
Svetlana Musseau/Director Structured Products
Svetlana began her career in 2005 working for Deutsche Bank on an exotic derivatives desk and has since worked in client solutions teams across such banks as BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs. She has focused on and developed businesses across structuring, structured financing, special-situation investments and corporate hedging solutions. Svetlana holds a Masters in Finance honours degree from Cass Business School in London.
Iskander Lutsko/Head of Research
Iskander benefits from over 10 years of experience in investment research and is in the top 5 rated analyst by Extel All-Individuals-Emerging EMEA survey for 2013-2016.
He is a multi-asset specialist with strong background in equities; fixed income/credit research; money markets, rates and foreign exchange (FX). Started IB career in UBS Moscow as macro economist, than as equity strategist at Renaissance capital and over 5yrs with Sberbank CIB as FX/IR Strategist, covering local currency, rates and money markets. A proven track record of success in a project management type role. One of the most quoted analyst in the mainstream media.
